Washington, Oct 2 (IANS) A US Department of Energy employee has been arrested on charges of attempting to provide material support to the Houthis after allegedly travelling to Yemen and using his electrical engineering expertise to help the Iran-backed group improve its communications capabilities, the Justice Department said.
